Name: Silentshadow

Gender: She-cat

Age: 16 moons

Appearance: Silentshadow's pelt is solid silver apart from a black tip on her tail. She has almost colourless grey eyes which rarely show emotion. She is slender, but she has long feathery fur. She is a polydactyl, meaning she has one extra toe on each of her front paws, which makes her a skilled hunter because she is able to trap slightly bigger prey. She has numerous scars, the biggest of which is on her left back leg, but this is not easy to see due to her thick fur, and she also has several whiskers missing.

Personality: Silentshadow is a mute. She has never spoken, never purred, and this is perhaps a sign of her emotionlessness ((OOC: is that even a word?)). It is hard to know much about Silentshadow for this very reason. However, she knows suffering and isn't afraid to make the world suffer for what it has done to her. In battle she will take no prisoners and will fight to the death if she has to. However, she is not the fastest of cats, meaning her opponent often manages to slip away from her. She cares not for the company of other cats - it's not like she can make any sort of conversation. All she needs is sanctuary, and that's what she feels in DarkClan. Silentshadow feels she has no real reason to live, but she's afraid to die.

History: As a kit, Silentshadow was a reject from a breeding project. The breeder offered her free to a good home, but the home she got was far from good. The Twoleg who adopted her was a little - no, a lot - on the unstable side and liked to see her suffer. She got the scar on her back leg after an attack with a kitchen knife. The Twoleg lost interest after deciding it wasn't worth it if he couldn't hear her cries, so he threw her out of his car window. She was found half dead by a lonely teenager, who adopted her and brought her back to reasonable health. He named her Shadow. He was the only Twoleg she ever trusted, but then came the day that turned her life upside down. Her second Twoleg, the only person in the world she trusted, comitted suicide. And his family refused to have Shadow around the house, because she reminded them too much of their son. So she was on her own again. And that was when she was attacked by the ThunderClan patrol. She didn't even know she was on their territory, but she still bears scars from that battle to this day. She walked alone for a quarter-moon or so, until she was discovered, malnourished and exhausted, by two DarkClan warriors. They took her back to camp and after a few moons of training she was given the warrior name of Silentshadow, due to her muteness. [OOC: sorry that was so long!]

RP example: Though her vision was slightly blurred, Silentshadow could just about make out the shapes of two larger cats. She wished she could call out to them, but she knew she couldn't. A part of her wished that they would just kill her, put her out of her misery, but at the same time she remembered all the pain she'd been through and hated the thought of having to suffer that again. Who are you? she wondered, and what do you want from me?
